TFPR WAS TASKED with REVAMPING THE INSTAGRAM FEED for KOREAN BEAUTY BRAND @SKINESQUE. SKINESQUE NEEDED HELP: CREATING A COHESIVE LOOK and DEVELOPING AN AUTHENTIC VOICE TO CONNECT with ITS DESIRED CUSTOMER BASE; LEVERAGING the PLATFORM TO GROW BRAND PRESENCE, BUILD LOYALTY, and GENERATE SALES; REACHING MEDIA AND INFLUENCERS TO ADD THIRD-PARTY VALIDATION.

TFPR reworked the overall look of the feed, starting with a mood board, the creation of new photo assets, more educational and fun captions, a content calendar, and key colors. TFPR began to tell the Skinesque brand story visually and through text.

The Instagram feed went from general brand news and photography to showcasing products in use and on different influencers/models, BTS with founder introductions, K-Beauty education, and positioning Skinesque as a lifestyle and wellness brand with spa and travel imagery to add value, interest, and authenticity.

 

With TFPR guiding a new voice and look, the brand went from 100 followers to 10k+ in six months.

 
6-month campaign key stats/highlights:
    • Took account from 100 followers to 10k+

    • Increased engagement rate from less than 2% to 11+%

    • Completely revamped feed look and feel, and gave brand the tools to take back day-to-day management of the account with continued growth to 14k+ followers

    • Expanded content to include (product and skincare) education, relevant lifestyle topics (travel, K-beauty, wellness), and a behind-the-scenes look at the brand (founder stories) to add value, interest, and authenticity

    • Increased brand exposure and generated valuable visual assets through working with quality, vetted influencers with robust followings, as well as with media such as Coveteur, Refinery 29, Forbes, Healthline, Byrdie, Hello Giggles, and HelloGlow.co

    • Targeted micro influencers with very engaged followings and high-quality content, as well as key consumers and retail partners

    • Handled several co-branded giveaways and campaigns with like-minded brands to grow the platform

    • Encouraged UGC through custom hashtag creation
